Education is a doorway to opening avenues fostering employability skills in students. Utash Nepal aspires to advocate practical education system to replace traditional pedagogy of teaching. In doing so, it aims to narrow the gap between education and employability skills and better prepare students of both public and private schools for job market. Utash Nepal advocates and lobbies on ensuring equality in quality education for both the students from public and private schools with respective authorities. Furthermore, Utsah aims to provide trainings to teachers, practical education to students, build infrastructure such as clean toilets, table tennis board and libraries.

2. Collecting books and Stationeries for public and community based schools/colleges.
3. Conducting events, workshops and conferences.
4. Organizing competition and Running training programs.
5. Building libraries for public and community schools and colleges.
